Our Commitment
S+B Systemtechnik d.o.o. is committed to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in line with climate science. Our targets have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and align with limiting global warming to 1.5°C.

Progress status:
As of 2024, we are making progress toward achieving our Scope 2 science-based targets and are accelerating actions regarding Scope 1 and Scope 3 science-based targets.
To address Scope 3 emissions, the company will look to focus on practical, near-term actions across key categories. These include supplier engagement and material efficiency (purchased goods and services), reduced reliance on high-emission business travel, encouragement of lower-emission commuting options, and improved waste management practices. Progress will be reviewed annually and actions adjusted as data quality improves.
Actions Taken This Year
Key actions during the reporting year included:
- Installation of photovoltaic array on factory roof
- Acquistion of small fleet of electric vehicles
Next Steps
In the coming year, the company aims to:
- Continue with reduction of Scope 2 emissions by sourcing green electricity from a local utility’s certified renewable energy tariff
- Achieve more granular understanding of Scope 3 emissions by confirming which top suppliers track CO₂ emissions or have reduction plans
- Maintaining annual public disclosure of progress in line with SBTi expectations
Governance & Transparency
Oversight of climate targets and progress sits with senior management and is reviewed at least annually.
